- Optimize and manage daily operations to improve efficiency across teams.
- Develop and implement processes, policies, and systems to scale business operations.
- Work closely with leadership to identify and execute strategic initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with different departments (sales, product, customer success, HR) to drive operational alignment.
- Lead and manage key projects and initiatives to improve productivity and business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve workflows and team collaboration.
- 3-5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to build and optimize operational processes in a growing company.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with different teams to drive alignment and efficiency.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing teams or initiatives.
- Proficiency in operations software, CRMs, project management tools, or process automation tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a strong advantage.
