Founding Account Executive

TrueBuilt is the first end-to-end PreConstruction platform for general contractors and subcontractors. We are a venture-backed startup that has quickly built and scaled the business in just over a year. We’re looking for the right team members to help us unleash PreCon as the secret value driver for the $2.3T construction industry.
PreCon is essential to a project’s profitability, yet legacy, on-prem solutions currently cost builders millions via inaccurate budgeting and planning. As a team, we are obsessed with changing that.

- Ability to self-source, develop, & maintain relationships with new & existing clients
- Co-create and execute sales strategies to exceed targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide the best solutions to clients
- Bachelor's degree
- Has sold or used Construction SaaS, Proptech, or a vertical SaaS product
- Excellent EQ, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Willingness to travel to conferences & clients as needed
- Proven ability to surpass quota targets
- Experience with Construction estimation software is a plus, but not required
